What payments do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal and Google Checkout. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal with your credit card. What are your shipping policies? TOP
Our items are mailed directly from the designer of the item you chose. Shipping times vary between designers and will depend on the location of the designer and that particular designer's product lead time. Most items are shipped within 7-10 business days of payment unless your purchase requires a proof and it will then be shipped within 7-10 business days of proof approval. Some of our items do involve a longer production time such as personalized melamine items. Please allow an additional 5-7 days production time for these items.
Please note: Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date please contact us and we will be happy to contact the designer prior to your order placement to make sure that we can accomodate your needs.
Our designers ship UPS Ground, Fed Ex or USPS. If your purchase contains items from more than one designer your items will arrive separately.
Rush shipping is available. Please contact us with rush shipping details such as expedited time frame and additional fees.

Our company is located in the state of South Carolina and is required by law to collect 6% sales tax from customers residing in South Carolina. All other US customers will not be required to pay sales tax. What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders unless there is an error made on our part. If an error was made on our part, we will glady redo and re-ship the order at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, if the error was made by the customer we cannot issue a refund. In this case, we will redo your order as soon as possible and do everything we can on our part to make things right!
